Shipping:
All shipping information is based on domestic shipping. Please contact us for international shipping rates. International rates vary by country.
Most product orders are shipped within 72 hours. Some products may take up to 3 or 4 weeks, such as fine art giclee' prints or custom items. Products are typically shipped via the US Postal Service Priority Mail, although the size and weight of the order may dictate use of a different shipper. Delivery time is typically 3-5 days.
**The Mythical Goddess Tarot Deck pre-published orders prior to November 1st, 2008 will be shipped as soon as the deck arrives from printing. This date may vary due to some unseen factors of the publishing industry. You will be contacted as soon as the deck ships.
Returns:
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization. To get a return authorization please fill out the form on the Contact Us page or call 970-372-0136.
All products returned must be in "new" and "original" condition.
If the item was damaged in shipping we will help you work with the local carrier to have the cost reimbursed prior to shipping a replacement item.
If we shipped the wrong item or the item was not as described, we will ship the correct item upon receipt of the returned item. To avoid paying the return shipping costs and to insure proper credit you must contact us prior to shipping the return.
